What are your shipping policies ?

We offer FREE shipping on all Canada orders over $40 CAD before taxes.

Even with the absence of charges for shipping, it is important to note that international orders may be subject to duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. The customer assumes responsibility for these additional charges. We suggest contacting your local customs office to obtain more details on any potential fees that may be applicable.

Do you ship internationally ?

Yes we do!

We ship to :

  • Canada, for a flat fee of $9,50 CAD. And we offer free shipping in Canada on all order over $40.

(3 to 6 business day to arrive)

  • The US, for a flat fee of 8$ USD

(4 to 9 business days to arrive)

  • Europe for a flat fee of 10$ USD

(4 to 9 business days to arrive)

How long will my package take to arrive?

Please allow us 1-2 business days to prepare the order.

For shipping to Canada it will take approximately 4-6 days.

What is your refund policy ?

Returned items must reach us within 14 days from the delivery date, remaining unopened and in their original packaging to be eligible for a refund. To facilitate your return, it is advisable to obtain a tracking number to prevent any potential loss during transit.

Initiate your return process by sending an email to info@cabellcosmetics.com, providing your order number and the email used for your order.

Please be aware that you are responsible for covering the shipping costs associated with returning your item.

Can I cancel my order ?

You have a one-hour timeframe from the time of purchase to make edits or cancel your order.

I have not received my order confirmation, what should I do?

Order confirmations may experience delays during peak times and could take up to 24 hours. If you haven’t received your order confirmation email after this period, please reach out to us atinfo@cabellcosmetics.com.

How can I track my package ?

After your order is processed, an email containing your tracking number will be sent. Monitor the status of your order by directly using the tracking number with the designated shipping carrier mentioned in the email.
